SCANASSIST multi-mode JTAG / boundary-scan debugger

The SCANASSIST multi-mode debugger is part of the SYSTEM CASCON JTAG / boundary-scan software suite and enables the stepwise execution of CASLAN test programs and CASCON batch sequences. SCANASSIST provides a view inside the JTAG / boundary scan devices on a unit under test for the graphical analysis and validation of designs and project data, supporting full cross-probing between the different tools in SYSTEM CASCON, including SCANVISION layout and schematic.
SCANASSIST is fully integrated in the SYSTEM CASCON software environment and includes both hardware and software debug tools, such as Pin Toggler, Logic Analyzer, Watch, Break Points, interactive CASLAN execution, and Vector Browser.
