GOEPEL Electronics' SCANFLEX JTAG / boundary-scan controllers are available in three different performance classes: A, B and C, with C being the most powerful. FASTSCALE technology allows the controller performance classes to be upgraded in the field. SCANFLEX hardware can be upgraded purely through software, without any system downtime.
