JTAG accessories

JTAG accessories, such as CION I/O modules, SCANFLEX I/O modules, the SFX BoardGrabber, the BScanProbe, can be used to extend the test coverage, improve diagnostics, or to simplify troubleshooting and debug sessions.

	Designed for design / test lab applications, SFX BoardGrabber provides probe access to the UUT's top and bottom side for test bus connections, I/O connections, and other prove placement that may benefit debug or testing.
	Designed primarily for design / test lab applications, BScanProbe is a battery powered device that can be used to stimulate or observe circuit nodes on the UUT in order to troubleshoot or debug defective boards. Furthermore, this device can be used for guided probing test applications utilizing SYSTEM CASCON's Virtual Scan Pin feature.
	EZScan / BScan Coach demo board can be used to learn about JTAG / boundary scan in general and as a reference project - in conjunction with a tutorial - for self-guided learning of JTAG / boundary scan test development.
	VarioTAP Coach demo board offers more complexity than the EZScan / BScan Coach and also demonstrates various aspects of VarioTAP technology.
