SCANBOOSTER controllers provide optimal solutions for standard JTAG / boundary-scan applications with high cost pressure and lower performance requirements.
Using CION™ ASICs as driver circuit, SCANBOOSTER test access ports (TAP) have outstandingly good signal integrity while providing special features for interface protection. In addition to two TAPs, SCANBOOSTER controllers offer resources such as 32 bit Parallel I/O (dynamic), two analogue I/O, three generic digital I/O as well as three trigger signals.
