Serial Vector Format (SVF)

Serial Vector Format (SVF) was originally developed by Texas Instruments and Teradyne in 1994. SVF files can be used to specify stimulus, expected, and mask values for JTAG / boundary-scan vectors. While SVF has several limitations, it is widely used for in-system programming files and for the exchange of test vectors between different tools.
SVF is supported by GOEPEL Electronics JTAG / boundary-scan software and hardware tools.
