TOM In-Line Optical Inspection System
The Best in Test award winner in 2011, TOM In-Line has been designed for selected automated optical inspection tasks during electronic assembly. The range of optical tests includes component presence and polarity, selective solder joints, displays and LEDs, and fluorescent conformal coat.
For selective solder-joint inspection TOM In-Line can be upgraded with high-performance camera and illumination modules. For users who want to add a functional test based on JTAG/boundary-scan technology, a controller and bed-of-nails adapter can be integrated with the system.
